Delivery to the UK

Packages are generally dispatched within two working days after receipt of cleared payment and all are sent First class. We offer a range of safe and speedy mailing options:-

First Class

Orders take approximately two working days* after the date of posting to arrive (during busy periods holidays and industrial action, it may take longer)

First Class Recorded Signed For

Orders take approximately two working days* after date of posting to arrive. First Class Recorded Signed For also includes tracking, signature on delivery, and insurance for your order up to £41.

First Class Special Delivery Next Day

Fast service arrives before 1.00pm next working day* after date of posting. Includes tracking, signature on delivery and insurance for your order of up to £500.

*Saturdays, Bank holidays and public holidays are not included

Each part of your order will be individually wrapped and carefully packaged - this is a small shop and everything is processed personally at time of shipping by the maker herself. It may not be as fast as dropping a plastic wrapped item into a bubble envelope, but it does ensure that your order reaches you safely and with a personal touch.  

Delivery costs include handling and packing fees as well as postage.

Please Note:- At busy times such as Christmas and other holidays, and during times of industrial action, it may take longer than expected for your order to be processed and/or delivered. Please allow 14 working days before we conclude that your order has been lost in the post.

Delivery to Non UK Countries

Packages are generally dispatched within two working days after receipt of cleared payment. We offer two safe and speedy mailing options:-

Royal Mail Airmail

Delivery to Europe is approximately three working days after the shipping date. Delivery to the rest of the world takes approximately five working days after shipping date.  Airmail also includes insurance for your order up to £41

Royal Mail International Signed For

Delivery to Europe is approximately three working days after the shipping date. Delivery to the rest of the world takes approximately five working days after shipping date, and International signed for also includes tracking, signature on delivery, and insurance for your order up to £41.

Please Note:- Many countries apply import taxes and customs fees on packages over a certain value. Be aware that these customs and duties fees are your (the purchasers) sole responsibility.

Please allow 28 working days before we conclude that your order has been lost in the post. Orders may get held up by customs and this can delay you receiving your items by up to two weeks.

Returns

I'm sure you will be delighted with your order but sometimes things do go wrong. Returns are happily accepted as long as the following criteria are satisfied:-

1. No returns can be accepted without an initial email contact with me, stating reason for return.

2. All returns must be made within 7 days of making contact, using the same level of postage that the order was originally sent by, in unworn condition and with original packaging.

3. Return postage costs are not refundable. 

4. As soon as I receive the item, I will credit your payment or issue you with a credit note, whichever you prefer.

5. Custom orders are non returnable.

6. For hygiene reasons I cannot accept returns on earrings.
