Welcome to Brilliant Aether. Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.

All design, images, and text are owned by Pat Phillips and Brilliant Aether, copyright 2010, and may not be used without permission. If you do so, it will be considered stealing.
Product Descriptions
At Brilliant Aether we pride ourselves on the accuracy of product descriptions; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site as being completely error free. If you need to know more about a product, contact us with your enquiry. If a product offered by Brilliant Aether is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund of the purchase price less shipping costs. Refunds are at our discretion and decisions are final.
Product Images
Brilliant Aether attempts to provide accurate photographs of the products offered on this site; however the settings of your monitor may distort the colour of the images and as such, we cannot be held responsible for any slight colour variation between the actual item colour and the colour as it appears on your screen.

Payment
All customers can pay with Paypal, and UK customers may also choose to pay by cheque or postal order. Orders paid for with Paypal will generally ship within two business days of cleared payment being recieved. Orders paid for by postal order will generally be shipped withing two business days of receipt of payment. Orders paid for by cheque will be delayed for as long as it takes the cheque to clear - usually three working days but it can take up to ten business days for cheques to clear. If paying by cheque or postal order, please ensure that payment reaches me within ten working days of making your order - If I do not receive payment or communication from you after ten days the order will be cancelled and the goods returned to the shop.
Limitation of Liability
Brilliant Aether will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this shop, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages. You expressly agree that your use of this shop is at your sole risk.
